Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cooked spinach chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and blend until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop out portions of dough and shape them into balls.
  7. Arrange the dough balls tightly in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
