Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip and pinch to seal.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the rolls before baking.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
