Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed end, sealing the filling inside.
Place the filled rolls on a greased baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
