Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup napa cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas or moo shu pancakes

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips, sauté until cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms; sauté for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the shredded cabbage and julienned carrots.
  6. Pour in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; mix well.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in chopped green onions.
  8. Warm tortillas or moo shu pancakes, then serve.
