Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Transfer mixture to a loaf pan or shaped on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and ketchup for the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
