Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the fillets and layer lemon slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
