Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs like dill or parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic over the fillets and layer lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
