Refreshing Fluff Salad for Any Gathering

FLUFF SALAD made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 1 cup diced fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and crushed pineapple.
  2. Fold in the cottage cheese gently until well combined.
  3. Add the whipped topping, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in the diced fruit and nuts, if using.
  5. Chill the fluff salad for at least an hour before serving.
  6. Serve in a large bowl or individual cups, garnished with additional fruit if desired.
