Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub the entire chicken with olive oil.
Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Place fresh herbs inside the chicken cavity.
Carefully place the chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
Cook the chicken for 30 minutes before flipping it.
After 30 minutes, carefully flip the chicken over to breast side up.
Continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
