  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a greased round baking dish or skillet.
