Ingredients
  

  • 4 lobster tails 6-8 oz each
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them open.
  3. Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley into the garlic butter.
  7. Arrange the lobster tails in a baking dish, flesh side up.
  8. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
  10. Baste the lobster tails halfway through cooking.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
