Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them open.
Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley into the garlic butter.
Arrange the lobster tails in a baking dish, flesh side up.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
Baste the lobster tails halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
