Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed nuts such as almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, and peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, olive oil, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.
  3. Spread the nut mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast the nuts in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Once roasted, remove the nuts from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Store the cooled nuts in an airtight container once fully cooled.
