- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large, oven-safe platter.
- Layer the BBQ chicken mixture over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Add jalapeños and diced red onions on top of the cheese.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro and sour cream.
