Method
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil.
- Combine the dry spices and rub them onto the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and into the oven.
- Bake the ribs for about 3 to 4 hours, until tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap.
- Baste the ribs with barbecue sauce and broil for extra caramelization.
- Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
