Method
- Prepare the rice in advance.
- Heat a pot or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetable oil once the pot is hot.
- Sauté the diced vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add the green onions, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade pot hibachi fried rice!
