Ingredients
  

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables chopped (bell peppers, zucchini, red onion)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20-25 minutes.
