Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers red, yellow, green, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet, swirling to coat the surface.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, then remove from the skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary, then toss in the onions and garlic.
  6. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir frying for about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the grated ginger and cooked shrimp, continuing to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat all ingredients evenly.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
