Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade.
