  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them open.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  4. Baste the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  5. Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
