Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Irish sausages
  • 2 lb Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups beef or chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the potatoes for mashing.
