Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze by mixing cranberry sauce and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Simmer the glaze for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. After removing the meatballs from the oven, drizzle the warm cranberry glaze over them.
  8. Garnish with additional parsley if desired before serving.
