In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze by mixing cranberry sauce and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer the glaze for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After removing the meatballs from the oven, drizzle the warm cranberry glaze over them.
Garnish with additional parsley if desired before serving.
