Cut slits in each chicken breast to create pockets for the stuffing.
Stuff each chicken breast with the asparagus mixture, pressing it in well.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to serve.
