Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cocktail sausages
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bacon strips in half.
  3. Wrap each sausage tightly in a halved strip of bacon.
  4. Dip each wrapped sausage in brown sugar.
  5. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
