- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture generously over the wrapped sausages.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
