Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound little smokies sausages
  • 1 pound bacon cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture generously over the wrapped sausages.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
