Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or parchment-lined tray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, chopped pecans, brown sugar, chopped rosemary (or thyme), and balsamic vinegar.
- Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture over the top of the Brie.
- Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
