  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
  3. Rinse and dry the chicken wings thoroughly.

  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  8. Combine the baked wings with the buffalo sauce.
