  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the salami into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the salami slices in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Arrange the salami slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden.
