Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing it with the green beans, and cook for another 2 minutes to warm through.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
