Savory Chicken and Green Bean Skillet Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic.
  7. Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing it with the green beans, and cook for another 2 minutes to warm through.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
