Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the honey mustard mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
