Savory Hot Crab Dip for Your Next Gathering

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Add in the lump crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped green onions, mixing gently to combine.
  4. Finally, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving a handful for topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top of the dip before baking.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve warm with your choice of crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
