Prepare the turkey by removing the innards and patting it dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze over the turkey.
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, basting it every 30 minutes.
Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), remove it from the oven and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining glaze over the turkey and garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
