Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the slider buns in a baking dish, cut in half horizontally.
Layer half of the corned beef evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
Add a layer of drained sauerkraut over the corned beef.
Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese generously on top of the sauerkraut.
Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
Finish with the remaining corned beef and close the slider buns.
Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds on top if using.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving, then slice and serve warm.
