Savory Salmon Black Bean Nachos to Enjoy with Friends

Salmon Black Bean Nachos made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked salmon flaked
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 bag tortilla chips 10-12 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the black beans and flaked salmon over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle salsa and sour cream over the top.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
