Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Layer the black beans and flaked salmon over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle salsa and sour cream over the top.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
