Prepare the salmon fillet by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce and sesame oil.
Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon bites on it.
Bake the salmon bites for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
While the salmon bakes, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water to create a slurry.
In a saucepan, add the leftover marinade and bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry.
Once the salmon is baked, drizzle with the thickened sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
