Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Optional: Fresh herbs or scallions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the wings to the bowl and toss with vegetable oil, making sure they are well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss again until evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
