Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
