Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
  2. Season the skirt steak generously with salt and pepper.
