Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by sautéing garlic in a pan until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked spinach and garlic with feta, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Cut the pastry into strips, then fill each strip with the spinach and feta mixture.
  7. Twist each filled strip and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops of the twists with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
