Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
Add a spoonful of the spinach mixture to the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
