Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
- Chop the mushroom stems and sauté with garlic in a pan.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sausage, breadcrumbs, sautéed mushroom mixture, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden.
