Savory Stuffed Mushrooms for Memorable Gatherings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or ground meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Chop the mushroom stems and sauté with garlic in a pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sausage, breadcrumbs, sautéed mushroom mixture, Parmesan, and parsley.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  7. Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden.
