  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
  3. Fold in the sliced pepperoni and chopped basil.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and create small pockets in the center for the burrata cheese.
