Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spicy Italian sausage, Pepper Jack cheese, biscuit mix, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and milk.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
