Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. bacon
  • 1 package of round buttery crackers about 40 crackers
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the crackers on the lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Cut the bacon into thirds and wrap each piece around a cracker, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Drizzle or brush the brown sugar mixture generously over the wrapped crackers.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
