Sweet and Spicy Honey Sriracha Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the baby carrots to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the glaze.
  4. Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Once tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
