Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the baby carrots to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the glaze.
- Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Once tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
