Tender and Flavorful Air Fryer Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of choice lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾-inch thick.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Assemble your burgers on buns with desired toppings and serve hot.
