Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing the ingredients.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the shrimp if desired, then place them on the grill.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
