Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
  6. Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down.
  7. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip.
  8. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  10. Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
